At Bayside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we provide a safe and fun environment for adults and children to learn the beautiful art of self defense while getting a great workout in! Our classes are part of an affiliate program taught by coach Brandon Lopez, a local to the Keys since childhood. Coach Brandon is a purple belt and competitor under AJ Rivero, a highly respected black belt and former MMA fighter who has provided the curriculum for our program.

Our classes are located at Plaza 103 Key Largo in Unit 2, 102900 Overseas Highway, Key Largo FL 33037. Our classes for children 4-8 years old are on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 5:15 PM. Classes for kids 8-12 years old are held Tuesday-Friday at 6:00 pm. Teen and Adults classes are also held Tuesday-Friday at 7:00 pm.
