At Bayside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we provide a safe and fun environment for adults and children to learn the beautiful art of self defense while getting a great workout in! Our classes are part of an affiliate program taught by coach Brandon Lopez, a local to the Keys since childhood. Coach Brandon is a purple belt and competitor under AJ Rivero, a highly respected black belt and former MMA fighter who has provided the curriculum for our program.

Our classes are located at Plaza 103 Key Largo in Unit 2, 102900 Overseas Highway, Key Largo FL 33037. We offer classes Tuesday-Friday, with our lessons for children ages 4-7 starting at 5:15, kids 8-12 years old at 6:00 pm, and finally Teens/Adults class at 7 pm.
